Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched generally withing 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, seasonal collections and sales periods. If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on location and the courier service selected. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only.

Local Delivery: Local delivery may be available within selected areas around Lithgow NSW and surrounding locations. Applicable delivery fees and availability will be displayed at checkout or confirmed with you before your order is processed.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Missing Parcel: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the delivery status with the relevant courier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please make contact within 48 hours of receiving a damaged parcel and provide photographs.

Damaged in Transit: We take care to package your arrangements securely for delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the arrangements so we can assess the issue and assist you.

Local Collection

Local Collection - Lithgow: Local collection is available from our designated collection location in Lithgow NSW. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email/message with collection instructions.

Refunds

Where you are entitled to a refund, the refund will generally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
